This means that your part will be woodgrained as it was at the factory, using wood graining plates and roller applicators. We use nothing but the best products from the substrate on up to the base and clear coat.

The following process is applied to all parts that are to be woodgrained:

• Media-blast part to bare metal.
• Apply a zinc-rich etch primer.
• Apply a primer surfacer.
• Sand parts to prepare for base coat application.
• Apply the base coat in the appropriate color for your vehicle.
• Apply correct woodgrain for your vehicle per original factory specifications.
• Apply a high-gloss 2K clear coat.
• Wet sand clear coat.
• Buff to a high, show-finish gloss using a 3-stage compound system.
